After moving to Miami, I noticed a pattern. It seems like the majority of the population is incredibly fit. Nutrition and fitness are a big focus for the people living here. But not everyone is on the South Beach Diet! Instead, the people I've met seem to focus on a balanced nutritional diet and working out consistently.
Eat less, move around more!
